Borrowing

All students may borrow books from the Library. Check below to see how many books students can borrow at once:

  • Kindergarten students may borrow 1 book each time they visit the library.
  • Year 1 and Year 2 students may borrow 2 books each time.
  • Year 3 and Year 4 students may borrow 3 books at a time.
  • Year 5 and Year 6 students may borrow up to 4 books on each occasion.

Students visit the Library once each week for Library lessons but may borrow as often as they wish if they are avid readers. They must however return books before new ones can be loaned.Students are encouraged to choose a suitable book themselves as this develops their tastes and skills.

Please contact the Librarian if you are concerned.
